Inspiration in Colour (ABN 38685339748) is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

Vision Board Cards and journals are non-returnable items.
If, for some reason, your item arrived damaged, please email us ASAP with a photo to admin@inspirationincolour.com.au

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
