Hi, I'm Shira, I'm a reflexologist specialised in lymphatic drainage. Based in the beautiful northern beaches of Sydney.
As a reflexologist, working in a busy clinics, I meet a lot of women with all kind of health issues. Most of times, the reason behind it, is stress and overwhelmed.
We all live such a busy lives we sometime forget to take a moment and breathe. That is how "Vision Board Cards - Life journey" idea came up. I hope this set of cards, will encourage you to have a break, inspire you to think about what is it that you want in your life, and remind you what makes you truly happy.

Hi, I’m Nicola Unite. I’m an adolescent psychotherapist and a high school educator. In my time working with young people one of the things I believe can be so powerful, and sometimes overlooked, is the importance of acknowledging transitions in the process of growing up.
Whether it’s moving from primary school to high school or from high school into adulthood, it’s big. And if it’s your child that is going through the transition - you, as a parent, are going through a transition too. And these are life changing moments and important and bring growth and change. And if we spend some time talking about the feelings this change brings up and acknowledge it, the process can feel much more supportive and easeful.
